RECEPTIONIST & LEGAL ASSISTANT A fantastic opportunity awaits a skilled and professional Receptionist to join a well-known and prominent West End law firm with branches across London. This permanent role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of front-of-house or reception experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organised approach. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience while handling administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn internal systems are essential. This opportunity is not expected to progress into a legal career. RECEPTIONIST & LEGAL ASSISTANT ROLE Managing the reception area and meeting rooms to support a smooth running of the office Greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and offering them refreshments ahead of their meetings Dealing with mainline calls and new enquiries Carrying out the postal duties Providing ad hoc administrative support to a team of solicitors; using the legal case management system to generate client invoices and record payments Creating new user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal Preparing and posting property deeds to clients Archiving closed client files using Microsoft Excel Replenishing office supplies Raising office maintenance queries to suppliers or the Operations Manager as appropriate Liaising with the IT Support team to resolve technical queries RECEPTIONIST & LEGAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS Existing UK working rights An excellent communicator, both verbal and written Highly organised with a pro-active working style Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities Comfortable working 5 days in an office Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word RECEPTIONIST & LEGAL ASSISTANT BENEFITS Annual subsidised trip Cycle to work scheme Monthly social events EAP Programme Additional holidays – 25 + 8 days Your birthday off If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
