EMPLOYER RELATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Providing an excellent customer experience to employers, students and alumni through responsive customer service and event coordination
  • Supporting Employer Relations Managers and leading logistics for a range of high-profile events
  • Administering Employer Relations team processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating employer engagement activities and supporting delivery to students
  • Measuring team impact and maintaining accurate reporting and administrative records
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance outcomes

EMPLOYER RELATIONS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Coordinating online and in-person employer events, managing logistics, bookings and administration
  • Supporting employer relationships through responsive customer service and stakeholder communication
  • Managing operational processes, systems and reporting to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Collaborating with Employer Relations Managers and senior stakeholders to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Utilising Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage data, reporting and event administration
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and service delivery
  • Managing competing deadlines and requests within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating resilience, flexibility and strong organisational skills to support high-volume activity and events outside standard office hours
