TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate and early career roles
- Proactively sourcing candidates through targeted outreach, referrals and research
- Interviewing and assessing candidates, providing clear and structured evaluations
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring goals
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process
