Take ownership of a growing logistics function as a Logistics Lead within a fast‑scaling consumer brand. This hands‑on role will see you managing inbound freight, customs processes and warehouse operations, while acting as the key link between suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams. LOGISTICS LEAD ROLE:
- Leading end-to-end inbound logistics, coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Owning customs compliance and product classification, including HS codes, country of origin, customs documentation and data accuracy
- Leading 3PL warehouse relationships, managing operational priorities, service levels, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing logistics costs and financial processes, including freight and warehouse invoices, reprocessing fees, credit notes and supply chain chargebacks
- Overseeing claims for lost or damaged goods, investigating and resolving issues with suppliers, carriers and warehouse teams
- Owning month‑end logistics reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple channels and systems
- Driving continuous improvement across logistics operations, focusing on service, cost, compliance and operational efficiency
LOGISTICS LEAD ESSENTIALS:
- Demonstrating 3-5 years' logistics experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
- Utilising Mintsoft or other ERP systems to support logistics operations
- Working confidently with data and Excel to generate insights and improve processes
- Applying knowledge of Incoterms, commercial invoicing, trade compliance requirements and international shipping
- Demonstrating resilience and adaptability within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Maintaining strong organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
- Communicating proactively and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver solutions
