We are currently looking for a Senior Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join our client's growing team in the UK.
ROLE
- Taking ownership of matters independently, particularly across commercial and corporate law work.
- Bringing specialist experience in areas such as technology and IP, privacy and data protection, including GDPR, and employment law.
- Working confidently and directly with clients in a personable and professional manner.
- Demonstrating strong commercial awareness and experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Being tech savvy and comfortable operating modern legal technology platforms.
ESSENTIALS
- Being a qualified lawyer with around four years post qualification experience in general commercial and corporate law, ideally gained in a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- Having experience obtained in England or Wales or in comparable common law jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, or Canada.
- Being personable with experience working directly with clients.
- Bringing previous leadership experience as a desirable attribute.
- Having experience in training and supporting junior lawyers is a desirable skill.
