Responsibilities:
- Organising and conducting buyer and post-tenancy inspections, agreeing on required works prior to sale completion.
- Conducting post-work inspections and liaising with contractors to ensure high-quality standards.
- Coordinating key handovers and home demonstrations with the Customer Service Team.
- Managing the daily opening and closing of show apartments, ensuring presentation and functionality.
- Supporting the smooth running of the marketing suite and coordinating third-party access for photography, surveys, and events.
- Assisting at UK sales events, progressing reservations through to exchange, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and agents.
- Ensuring accurate Salesforce records, efficient processes, and exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Contributing to sales targets, market research, and the continual enhancement of the customer experience.
Essentials:
- Communicating effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and approachable manner.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in a customer-facing, service-led environment.
- Being available to work the occasional weekend when required.
