Job Description
- Supporting the lead consultant with the delivery of work across the consultancy proposition: cultural audits, core consultancy and advisory services
- Supporting the lead consultant on the engagement and delivery across the whole end-to-end process, from documentary review through to final report creation
- Continually building knowledge across diversity and inclusion topics and capability areas
- Contributing to building a positive internal culture
- Prioritising workload, taking ownership of projects, and managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Project managing complex audits and projects as a reliable first point of contact for assigned clients
- Being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation
JUNIOR CONSULTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Holding a degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in DE&I would be beneficial
