FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT
A leading London fashion company is seeking a Fraud Team Assistant to support daily fraud monitoring, investigations and reporting. Working within a collaborative, growth-focused team, the role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to develop valuable experience in fraud prevention within a fast-paced retail environment.
FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE
- Reviewing daily fraud alerts, chargebacks, suspicious transactions and exception reports
- Assisting with investigating potential fraud cases, gathering evidence and escalating issues where appropriate
- Monitoring store activity and identifying unusual patterns or behaviours that could indicate fraudulent activity
- Liaising with banks, payment providers and internal teams regarding fraud queries
- Maintaining accurate case files, logs and fraud databases to ensure records are complete and compliant
- Preparing weekly and monthly fraud reports for senior management
- Supporting audits and compliance checks by collating required documentation
- Processing chargeback disputes within required timelines
FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS
- Having 12 months’ experience working on fraud patterns within the e-commerce space
- Having 12 months’ experience working with disputes
- Having 12 months’ experience in administration
