Executive Assistant and Team Coordinator
Join a specialist global executive search and talent advisory firm! They are after a bright, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator to support the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team. The role combines EA responsibilities with broader team and office coordination duties, making it a varied and hands‑on position. Base pay range
ÂŁ27,000.00-ÂŁ35,000.00 (London, United Kingdom)
Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
- Planning travel and managing detailed itineraries
- Preparing, formatting and proofing client‑facing documents, reports and presentations
- Managing inboxes and communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and candidates, and supporting with org design
- Maintaining the CRM/database, arranging interviews and assisting with marketing initiatives
- Providing finance, admin and office support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business operations
Essential Qualifications
- 2–5+ years’ experience in an EA, PA or administrative role, ideally within professional services or executive search/recruitment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communication with polished written and verbal skills in client‑facing settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional, discreet and reliable
- Proactive, resourceful and “can‑do” attitude
- Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships
- Eager to learn, grow and contribute within a dynamic, professional firm
