We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, purpose-driven fashion brand based in N1 for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This dynamic role requires a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will manage complex diaries, travel, and communications, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, people-savvy, and brings genuine enthusiasm for the fashion industry and its evolving landscape. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE: Providing executive support by managing complex calendars, appointments and meetings across time zones, prioritising and adjusting as needed Supporting board preparation by gathering key insights, data and information from teams and preparing board decks for quarterly presentations to the board Coordinating travel by planning detailed itineraries (domestic and international), including accommodation, logistics and event preparation for executives and senior stakeholders Managing communications by drafting, proofreading and managing correspondence and meeting notes, filtering and prioritising inbound and outbound communication Preparing meetings by organising briefings, materials and presentations to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings, including with the press Acting as a liaison by serving as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including press, partners, direct reports and teams Maintaining confidentiality by handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Coordinating office and personal support by assisting with personal errands and day-to-day support, appointments and household management to ensure overall balance and efficiency EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Bringing 5+ years’ experience as an executive assistant supporting an executive in a fast‑moving, growing retail environment Bringing industry exposure with experience in fashion, luxury, media or entertainment preferred Demonstrating exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Communicating strongly in written and verbal forms Being tech proficient with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva Showing high attention to detail and follow‑through Working under pressure and adapting quickly to shifting priorities Exhibiting a professional demeanour and impeccable judgement EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT BENEFITS: Personal discounts on products Family and friend discounts Generous annual leave entitlement, including years of service holiday accrual If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
