Corporate Engagement Coordinator
We are looking for a Corporate Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of global philanthropic programmes. This role involves coordinating events, managing projects, preparing communications, and assisting with impact reporting.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with global firm employees to field questions and provide support, ensuring consistent rollout of philanthropic initiatives.
- Partnering with the events team to plan and execute large‑scale special events and timely volunteering or giving campaigns.
- Gathering and curating content for internal communications and external marketing, including highlights, photos and testimonies.
- Drafting programme communications and preparing weekly memos, slide decks and annual impact reports.
- Supporting programme analysis and reporting on key metrics, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in programme or project management, events management or operations.
- Strong interest in corporate philanthropy, community engagement and project management.
- Proactive team player able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism across in‑person, phone, email and voicemail interactions.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with self‑motivation and a high degree of integrity.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word with rigorous attention to detail.
- Agility and urgency to respond to time‑sensitive requests while maintaining high standards.
