Corporate Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for a Corporate Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of global philanthropic programmes. This role involves coordinating events, managing projects, preparing communications, and assisting with impact reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with global firm employees to field questions and provide support, ensuring consistent rollout of philanthropic initiatives.
  • Partnering with the events team to plan and execute large‑scale special events and timely volunteering or giving campaigns.
  • Gathering and curating content for internal communications and external marketing, including highlights, photos and testimonies.
  • Drafting programme communications and preparing weekly memos, slide decks and annual impact reports.
  • Supporting programme analysis and reporting on key metrics, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in programme or project management, events management or operations.
  • Strong interest in corporate philanthropy, community engagement and project management.
  • Proactive team player able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking, problem‑solving and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism across in‑person, phone, email and voicemail interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with self‑motivation and a high degree of integrity.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Agility and urgency to respond to time‑sensitive requests while maintaining high standards.
