An exciting 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join a major fit-out specialist company delivering large-scale projects. Based in W1T, this role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. Core hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience in office coordination or administration.
Role Responsibilities:- Conducting outbound calls to repeat clients and managing routine enquiries to maintain strong relationships.
- Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and sales data within CRM and Excel.
- Producing sales documents, proposals, presentations and supporting materials.
- Tracking sales activity, performance metrics and pipeline progress for account managers.
- Managing data input, cleansing and integrity across CRM and Excel to support reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinating planning, logistics and execution of client and internal sales events.
- Managing event registration desks, liaising with suppliers and supporting onsite operations.
- Preparing agendas, briefing notes, follow-ups and coordinating schedules for the sales team.
- Holding existing UK working rights.
- Bringing preferable experience within the property or construction industry.
- Communicating effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Working in a highly organised and proactive manner.
- Operating confidently in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Using Microsoft 365 effectively and picking up internal systems quickly.
- Working comfortably on site, five days a week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently.
- Maintaining a high attention to detail.
