BOOKKEEPER

An exciting 6-month contract opportunity for a skilled Bookkeeper to support a small finance team of three during a crucial year-end period! This role will focus on the UK and Singapore year-end processes, including working with auditors, managing the asset register, and undertaking project work post-June.

BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with year-end processes, preparing trial balances, and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining and overseeing the asset register with precision
  • Providing accurate and detailed bookkeeping support to enhance financial accuracy
  • Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless financial operations

BOOKKEEPER ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 12 months in a role providing support with end of year
  • Experience working in the UK Finance market
  • Minimum 12 months experience working as a part qualified accountant
  • Part-qualified accountant with strong bookkeeping and year-end experience.
  • Experience working with trial balance and auditors.
  • Prior exposure to overseas branch operations.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Concur expenses systems (desirable).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a small team and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
