Job Description
ADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR\\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admissions Administrator to join our higher education client for 1-2 months on a hybrid basis (two days in the office per week). This exciting role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of executive education programmes, ensuring a seamless admissions and invoicing process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a dynamic academic environment.\\n\\nADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:\\n \\nManaging admissions, invoicing and payments for open programmes, ensuring accurate financial processing and timely reconciliation with CRM and finance systems \\nLiaising with applicants, company sponsors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, invoicing and payment collection \\nMonitoring and reconciling programme revenues, resolving discrepancies and following up on outstanding debts with finance and credit control teams \\nMaintaining accurate programme and participant data in CRM, ensuring all applications, communications and financial information are up to date \\nCoordinating programme set-up in CRM, including credit card links, website alignment and data cleansing for uploads from partner organisations \\nProviding operational and administrative support across the team, including reporting, pipeline updates and cover for the Operations Coordinator or Executive Assistant when required \\nWorking collaboratively across departments to ensure efficient processes, high-quality customer service and compliance with college financial and operational procedures If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
