Working across the full applicant journey, you'll build strong candidate relationships, support recruitment activities and contribute to a seamless admissions experience. ROLE:
- Managing the end-to-end applicant lifecycle, from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Advising prospective students on admissions processes, programme suitability and application outcomes, while driving applicant conversion and enrolment.
- Supporting domestic and international recruitment activities, including events, presentations, stakeholder engagement and occasional travel.
- Managing CRM systems and applicant records, ensuring accurate data management and regulatory compliance throughout the admissions process.
- Delivering targeted communication and engagement campaigns to prospective and admitted students to maximise conversion and retention.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, universities, sponsors and external stakeholders to support recruitment objectives.
- Producing admissions and recruitment reports, analysing conversion data and monitoring market trends to support continuous improvement.
- Supporting operational activities including scholarship administration, process improvements, purchase orders, meeting coordination and wider team support during peak periods.
