TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at Associate level and above
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Managing high volumes of phone calls and emails, relaying information accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, international flights, accommodation and car bookings
- Managing expenses and processing invoices
- Supporting teams with day-to-day queries, issues and administrative requirements
- Providing holiday and telephone cover for colleagues while managing ad hoc tasks and maintaining workflow priorities
