The Client: Our client is globally recognised for its work across the professional indemnity sector and has a long-established reputation for successfully defending negligence claims against professionals and handling the most complex coverage issues. Clients include accountants, actuaries, architects, bankers, brokers, engineers, financial advisers, IT professionals, media professionals, medical practitioners, lawyers, surveyors and valuers. The professional indemnity team has experience in complex regulatory investigations and litigation, particularly the problems presented by parallel proceedings. They are also experienced in relation to coverage issues including trigger points for cover.

The Role: Our client wishes to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate in London to support a well-regarded Partner to work on a range of professional indemnity claims and insurance coverage matters. This is an exciting opportunity to act for a variety of clients including insurers, commercial entities and professional services firms.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3PQE with previous professional indemnity experience.
  • A high level of self-sufficiency and initiative.
