The team advises on insurance claims in a range of business lines, including construction, property, energy and financial lines. The team is looking to expand by recruiting a strong Senior Associate at least 6 PQE with strong insurance or litigation experience.
Key Requirements:
- Insurance litigation experience (policyholder or insurer) gained within a leading practice.
- Candidates with solid Professional Indemnity defence experience (from a leading practice) would also be of interest, but preferably with some material coverage experience as well.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in managing client relationships, workloads and priorities.
- Must be commercial, creative legal thinkers who want to develop business.
- Ability to ‘think on your feet’.
