Ideally, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who can hit the ground running, however we'd also be keen to hear from ambitious candidates with strong sales experience who are looking for an opportunity to launch a successful Estate Agency career.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Generate and book market appraisals and valuation opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our in-house Mortgage Advisor
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and excellent customer service
• Consistently deliver against performance targets

What We're Looking For

For experienced applicants:

• Previous Estate Agency or Property Sales experience
• Proven success within a target-driven sales environment

For trainee applicants:

• Strong sales experience from sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, recruitment or customer service
• A genuine passion for property and developing a career in Estate Agency

For all applicants:

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• IT literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
