Your Role as a Senior/Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. You’ll play an important role within the branch, using your experience to maximise opportunities, generate new business and help customers successfully move home.
Your responsibilities include:
- Generating and booking property valuations
- Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Following up leads and maximising every opportunity
- Generating new business and contributing to the growth of the branch
- Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve targets
- Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Previous estate agency or residential sales experience is preferred
- Have a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
- Be confident generating and winning new business
- Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to successfully agree sales
- Be confident managing relationships with vendors and buyers
- Deliver outstanding customer care and service
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
