This firm is a leading international entertainment accounting specialist with over 25 years of expertise delivering business management, royalty, and taxation services to high-net-worth talent, entrepreneurs, and global entertainment brands. Operating as part of a renowned international group with over 500 staff across major creative hubs in the US and UK, the firm retains a collaborative, specialist environment while providing unmatched technical depth across music, sports, theatre, and media accounting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managers, tour managers, booking agents, and banks.
- Supervise, review, and mentor bookkeepers, allocating resources, managing email flows, and conducting annual appraisals.
- Oversee tour accounting, including withholding taxes (FEU, CWA, A1 certificates), show settlements, and budget vs actual analysis.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, VAT return approvals, supplier bill payments, and quarterly corporation tax provisions.
- Prepare timely management commission statements and complete annual insurance and force majeure risk reviews.
- Oversee QuickBooks chart of accounts setup, class structures, intercompany reconciliations, and basic year-end accounts files.
