Are you a Tax Manager with tax advisory experience in asset management, including experience in international tax fund structuring? Our client is often considered to be the most people-centric of the UK's Big 4 firms with a positive culture and a fantastic track record for promoting diversity, ethical standards and social responsibility.
Tax Manager responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of technically complex tax advisory projects across a range of matters including fund tax, international tax, UK corporation tax, UK income tax, capital gains tax
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
- Managing of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and through managing staff development and assignments
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs and other third parties, including major financial institutions, lawyers and wealth advisory businesses
As a Tax Manager you will be/have:
- CTA qualified
- Over 5 yearsβ Tax experience with previous tax advisory experience in the Asset Management sector
- Comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
