Responsibilities
- Maintain QuickBooks Online general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and electronic filing systems within Microsoft Teams.
- Process complete accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including raising sales invoices.
- Perform monthly multi-currency bank, credit card, petty cash, and tour manager float reconciliations.
- Post and reconcile intercompany accounts in local currencies, executing foreign currency revaluations at month-end.
- Prepare payment packs online for manager approval and process directors’ expense claims.
- Assist account managers with the preparation of VAT return packs, management accounts, tour accounts, and annual accounts.
- Provide informal supervision, delegation, and work review for junior bookkeeping staff.
As a Senior Bookkeeper you will:
- Work extensively with software packages including QuickBooks Online and Sage.
- Collaborate directly with Account Managers to gather essential tax information for personal and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and urgency when handling rapid-turnaround financial transactions.
