As a Private Capital Tax Manager, you will:
- Manage the delivery of complex tax advisory engagements covering UK corporation tax, international tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax
- Advise non-listed financial services organisations, fintechs, asset managers, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family investment structures
- Liaise directly with high-profile stakeholders, HM Revenue & Customs, wealth advisory businesses, and legal representatives
- Play an active operational role in team management, strategic growth initiatives, business development, and staff assignments
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold an ACA, CTA, Law qualification, Tax specialist qualification, or equivalent full technical training qualification
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise advising on corporate tax, personal tax, partnership tax, or family investment structures
- Bring proven experience in supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
- Possess a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business development opportunities
