Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of business and corporate tax clients across Solent and the South Coast, ensuring rigorous compliance and building trusted long-term relationships.
- Advise larger OMBs and corporate entities on key tax requirements, including succession planning, remuneration strategies, and capital allowances planning.
- Support entrepreneurial businesses throughout their lifecycle on IP protection, corporate restructurings, international expansion, and equity incentivisation schemes such as EMI.
- Identify and execute tax planning opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-selling initiatives across the firm's broader service lines.
- Drive business development activities, participating in networking events, proposals, and corporate tax portfolio growth.
- Coach, train, and mentor junior tax professionals, fostering technical excellence and team development.
