Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and managing the delivery of management accounts for our client base varying from start-ups to AIM listed businesses
- Reviewing VAT returns for clients prepared by junior members of the team
- Coaching junior members of the team on technical matters
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Managing budgets for client work and having a thorough understanding of the firm’s billing procedures and key commercial KPIs
As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 18 months’ post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
- Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
