Responsibilities
As a Private Tax Manager you will:

Manage the delivery of private client tax compliance and advisory services for a high-net-worth portfolio across Kent.

Lead advisory projects and structuring work, reporting directly to tax partners and directors.

Oversee the personal tax compliance cycle including computations, returns, HMRC liaison, and enquiry settlements.

Review tax advice and returns prepared by junior team members, ensuring readiness for partner approval.

Lead business development initiatives to identify opportunities and expand client service offerings.

Mentor and provide on-the-job training to developing tax colleagues through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
