Our client is a Top 10 firm and their Birmingham team is growing fast. One of the best in their market, our client has completed a significant amount of deals in 2024/2025. • Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IM’s, Teasers, Buyer Research Packs, etc.
  • Responsibility for project risk, issues and billing/cost recovery.

As the successful candidate you will be expected to have:

  • Worked in Corporate Finance M&A for at least 5 years.
  • Have a strong understanding of typical mid-market deal structures, both on the buy and sell side.
  • An industry relevant qualification e.g. ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience.
