The firm have a diverse & prestigious multibillion client base with strengths in Property, Hospitality, PR companies, Retail, Financial Services and IT & Software clients.
Service Charge Bookkeeper responsibilities include:
- Preparing Service Charge accounts
- Reconciling all control accounts
- Assisting and providing clients with solutions to queries
- Assisting generally within the department
As a Service Charge Bookkeeper, you will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and within the residential property management industry
- A good understanding of the preparation of service charge accounts presented to leaseholders
- Good experience with dealing with clients
