Are you an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director seeking a new role with a Top 15 firm with an impressive client base both nationally and internationally? Our client is a Top 15 practice known for their excellent training schemes from trainee to Partner, international links and flexible working policy. With a national network of offices, they offer both national and international services, to wide ranges of clients within their specialised teams. They are one of the fastest growing firms in the UK, proactively identifying opportunities to expand and develop their industry presence.
Corporate Tax Director responsibilities will include:
- With the support of the Head of Department and other staff, responsibility for developing relationships and new business opportunities to provide a range of tax and other services.
- Overall responsibility and accountability for a group of clients, with excellent technical expertise in your field.
- Skilled at leading and managing the relationship with clients, with the aim of developing new business from your current client base and beyond.
- Responsibility for encouraging and developing associate directors and other staff members.
- Ensuring excellent client service whilst minimising conduct risk.
- Contributing to the management of your department and/or office if relevant.
- Work with our internal fee earning partners, to develop our go to market strategy.
As a Corporate Tax Director you will be/have:
- CTA qualified.
- Over 9 years’ Corporate Tax experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients.
- Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in developing business and creating key relationships.
- Excellent staff management skills.
