Our client is a Top 15 firm with one of the most flexible working arrangements in the market alongside structured technical development and an exciting client base. With a modern and progressive mindset, this firm is one of the leaders in automation and data-driven solutions within the accountancy practice market.
Audit Manager responsibilities will include:
- Manage and deliver audit engagements from planning to completion, including efficient job planning and onsite review oversight.
- Act as the main client contact for a portfolio (including law firms and accountancy practices) while promoting firm interests and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop a small team (2–3 direct reports), providing motivation, feedback, and collaborating with a wider audit team.
- Contribute to business development and advisory work, including pitches, tenders, KPI benchmarking, and client training.
As an Audit Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
In return, as an Audit Manager, you will receive:
- 35-hour Working Week
- Paid overtime
