Our client is a strong performing independent accountancy practice with a culture of collaborative working from the Partners right down to the graduate intake. The office is open plan with the Partners working out on the floor in an environment that is informal but driven and busy! Their philosophy is being able to provide a high-class quality of service to all their clients, and it is essential that every member of the team is effectively able to communicate with clients regardless of whether they are a bookkeeper or the Finance Director.
As a Senior Accountant you will gain exposure to:
- Statutory Accounts
- Management Accounts
- Audit
- Tax
- Outsourcing
As a PQ Senior Accountant, you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first time passes)
- At least 18 months experience including accounts preparation
- Demonstrate the desire to complete your qualification
In return, as a PQ Senior Accountant, you will receive:
- A £500 welcome bonus following probation
- Paid overtime/time off in lieu
- If you are studying, you will receive 20 days holiday + bank holiday and additional volunteering days (increased to 25 days upon qualification)

- Hybrid working policy 50/50 split between Home/Office
- Digital Nomad policy allowing you to work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 weeks per year
