Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory and unincorporated accounts
- Prepare Corporation Tax and partnership business tax computations
- Finalise accounts and tax returns ready for client and HMRC submission
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Identify key review points for Managers and Partners
- Highlight opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Monitor job budgets, chargeability and work quality
- Assist clients with bookkeeping and cloud accounting queries, including Xero
- Work closely with Department Managers to support wider team objectives
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts for a range of clients.
The firm is particularly open to individuals looking for part‑time hours or school‑hours flexibility, making this a strong option for someone wanting to remain in practice without committing to a traditional full‑time schedule.
What You’ll Receive
- £30,000 to £36,000 FTE, depending on experience
