As an Equity Rewards & Venture Capital Schemes Tax Senior Manager you will:
- Lead the specialist advisory team in designing and implementing tailored share schemes, including EMI, CSOP, and Growth Shares.
- Guide high-growth businesses and private equity investors through complex SEIS/EIS and VCT tax relief structures and transactions.
- Drive market growth and client acquisition by delivering thought leadership articles, webinars, and industry event presentations.
- Oversee financial performance and project profitability for a dedicated portfolio of high-growth and private-equity-backed clients.
- Mentor, coach, and manage line reports within the advisory team to foster continuous technical development and high engagement.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold a CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Have 7+ years of dedicated tax advisory experience with specialized expertise in equity incentives and venture capital schemes.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of advising on EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, SEIS/EIS, and VCT relief implementations.
- Possess extensive experience advising private equity-backed transactions and fast-scaling corporate entities.
