As a Corporate Transaction Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver technically complex transaction tax engagements across acquisitions, disposals, group restructurings, IPOs, and refinancings
- Advise large UK and multinational clients on tax structuring, buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, SPA support, funds flows, and post-deal implementation
- Oversee scope management, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and quality control across multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously
- Leverage AI and tax technology tools to enhance transaction analysis, project delivery, and client communication
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold an ACA, Law qualification, Tax specialist qualification, or equivalent breadth of experience
- Demonstrate over 7 years of tax experience, with significant prior experience leading transaction tax structuring and due diligence engagements
- Possess deep UK corporate tax expertise with the ability to apply technical knowledge commercially in a fast-paced deal environment
- Bring proven capability in managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and coaching junior colleagues
