Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and enhance the early careers training programme in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver practical, commercially focused corporate tax training for staff up to manager level.
  • Identify training needs with client-facing teams and develop effective, blended learning solutions.
  • Provide ongoing tax updates and work cross-functionally to support training across the wider business.

As a Corporate Tax Technical Training Manager / Associate Director you will be/have:

  • Professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • A confident presenter who possesses the ability to break-down complex technical concepts.
  • Genuine interest in early careers training.
  • An excellent communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders across tax and training teams to identify relevant training needs.
  • An innovative thinker who can suggest appropriate learning solutions to meet the training needs of the business.
