As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager you will:
- Take ownership of delivering bespoke UK and international tax advisory projects from inception to completion for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, sports personalities, and corporate leaders
- Manage complex cross-border tax considerations, including UK residency, domicile, arriving in/leaving the UK, and international mobility matters for a globally active client base
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members, reviewing technical work to foster professional development and guarantee accurate, timely project delivery
- Proactively identify tax planning opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute directly to the strategic growth of the Private Client business
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold substantial experience within a Private Client or Personal Tax environment, featuring a proven track record of managing projects and directing team members
- Demonstrate deep expertise in UK personal taxation alongside specialized knowledge of international tax topics, including residency, domicile, and inbound/outbound travel
- Show confidence in adopting and leveraging new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline project delivery and elevate advisory insights
