Our client, a 16-partner firm with offices across London and Surrey, are looking for someone to join their growing China Desk within their Audit & Accounts team. With an exceptional tax advisory offering, the firm has a prestigious client base with a particular focus on the European and Asian markets. Covering a broad range of sectors, the firm has a strong offering within property, technology, media and charities. The firm has a strong family ethic as well as a desire to improve the environment and to support charities with many organized fundraising events. This positive culture is one of the reasons why the firm has excellent staff retention.

Audit Semi-Senior responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Liaising directly with clients in the UK and China
  • Preparing accounts for partnerships and sole traders
  • Training and supervising new and junior members of staff

As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first time passes)
  • Have at least 18 months experience including audit testing
  • Demonstrate the desire to complete your qualification
  • Be fluent in Mandarin (preferably) or Cantonese
