Responsibilities- Process and post purchase ledger invoices using modern tools.
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process for the group, managing relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Raise and issue sales invoices for business centre and partnership revenues to ensure consistent cash flow.
- Perform comprehensive monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports for senior leadership.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will:
- Provide daily cash reporting directly to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage employee expense claims, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
