Responsibilities As a Tax Director, you will: Provide strategic tax advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses, high-net-worth individuals and private clients.

Oversee the delivery of private client tax compliance, ensuring work is completed to the highest technical standards.

Lead, mentor and develop members of the tax team through coaching, technical support and performance management.

Review complex tax work and provide guidance across a broad range of personal and business tax matters.

Support Partners on advisory projects including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and succession planning.

Deliver internal tax training and share technical knowledge across the wider business.

Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and the firm's overall tax offering.
