As a Tax Advisory Manager you will
- Manage and deliver bespoke corporate tax advisory projects, with a strong focus on corporate restructuring, complex reorganisations, business succession, and exit planning.
- Provide comprehensive transaction tax support, including corporate due diligence, acquisition structuring, and the review of funds flows and transaction documentation.
- Advise clients on complex property tax planning, including ownership structures, refinancing, and specialist SDLT, LBTT, or LTT relief claims.
- Prepare clear technical tax reports, clearance applications, and client facing advice notes for entrepreneurs, family businesses, and property clients.
As the successful candidate you will
- Hold a CTA qualification, or equivalent professional tax credential.
- Demonstrate comprehensive UK tax technical knowledge specifically centered on capital taxes, corporate groups, and issues affecting owner managed businesses.
- Have direct experience preparing technical tax advice, research papers, and structured client facing advisory reports.
- Possess an active interest or clear experience in specialist areas such as M&A, corporate restructuring, capital allowances, or property tax transactions.
