Responsibilities

As an FP&A Associate Director you will

  • Lead the execution of the firm's growth plan for FP&A, coordinating the market rollout of new propositions targeted at scale-up and growth businesses.
  • Work closely with the lead partner to establish and grow the firm's FP&A offering
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities across the region.
  • Oversee the commercial management and delivery of a dynamic portfolio of client FP&A projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage deep strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, Managers, Directors, and Partners.
  • Utilize advanced tools including Power BI and Excel to build complex financial models, forecasts, and strategic reporting suites.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across international and domestic teams to identify cross-selling opportunities for the firm's wider service lines.
  • Proactively identify operational enhancements to optimize client delivery and expand advisory service offerings.

Requirements

  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA) or equivalent demonstratively relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-level FP&A services within accountancy practice or consultancy.
  • Strong business development background with demonstrated success building and managing key client relationships.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and modern FP&A tools.
