This role will cover most aspects of TS, so will be varied.Sector Agnostic, Buy and Sell Side – 10m-100mYour responsibilities will include;Managing deals, generally £10m-100m, working with a number of substantial firms and Private Equity fundsManaging multiple transactions at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports focusing mainly on Due DiligenceAssuming responsibility for larger projects and where needed supporting PartnersManaging the corporate team and supporting junior colleaguesBeing active in the market to help make sure the firm is represented and business development to win new business to help grow the departmentAs the successful candidate you will be expected to have;Worked in Corporate Finance (TS) for at least 4-5 yearsAn industry relevant qualification e.g ACA.
