Key elements of the role include:
- Designing and managing engagement scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex restructuring assignments
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders and external counterparties
- Developing clear, well-reasoned viewpoints and recommendations for senior leadership discussion
- Taking accountability for major sections of client reports and presentations
- Stepping in for senior leaders when required
Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will play an active role in developing the wider practice:
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposals and pitch processes
- Contributing to practice-wide initiatives such as recruitment, talent development, and internal projects

Candidate Requirements:
- Significant restructuring experience gained within advisory, consulting, or similar environments

- Solid understanding of deal structuring and transaction execution
- Degree educated in a numerate discipline or equivalent
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
