Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, milestone mapping, and structured delivery of firmwide business change and technology projects.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the COO, business unit sponsors, and partners to maintain strategic alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Digital Transformation & AI: Support the evaluation, rollout, and implementation of new technology platforms, automation scripts, and AI-enabled tools.
Supplier Management: Act as the central liaison between external IT software vendors, system integrators, and internal operational teams.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee technical platform testing, identify system integration requirements, and manage risks or scheduling roadblocks.
Change Management & Adoption: Support firmwide training efforts by designing clear user guides, FAQs, and documentation to embed new systems seamlessly into day-to-day operations.
Continuous Improvement: Capture post-implementation feedback to refine future technology deployment frameworks and operational workflows.
