Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio featuring small, fast-growing businesses through to large corporate entities.
- Oversee team portfolios, coordinate workflow planning, and drive revenue and profitability targets across your unit.
- Provide commercial direct tax and business advice directly to key stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.
- Partner directly with Partners to deliver complex corporate and mixed tax advisory projects.
- Research intricate technical tax legislation to solve complex client issues and optimise tax positions.
As a Tax Manager you will
- Build and maintain long-standing, strategic client relationships through in-person meetings and high-touch advice.
- Mentor, manage, and inspire junior team members as part of the practice's talent development plan.
- Take primary ownership of client billing, fee negotiation, and scope delivery for your practice group.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging tax legislation to support ongoing client advisory work.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across wider business advisory, audit, and wealth management services.
- What You’ll Receive
