As an Outsourcing Senior you will:
- Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with current UK regulations and tax requirements.
- Prepare and analyse management accounts in collaboration with offshore delivery partners to support client financial decision-making.
- Support task allocation across the team while providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
- Participate in tailored cash flow forecasting projects to provide strategic financial planning insights to growing businesses.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (such as AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in key accounting software, particularly Xero and Excel, with exposure to modern tools like Dext, Silverfin, or Syft.
- Possess hands-on experience collaborating with offshore delivery partners within a modern, distributed work model.
What You’ll Receive
- 37.5-hour standard working week with core working hours between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working model with up to 50% of your time across the month home-based and the remainder office based.
