Our client is a 5‑partner, rapidly growing professional services firm that specialises in working with high‑potential SMEs. They promote a unique mix of personalities and provide a professional, fun, and extremely supportive environment. Client Manager responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of tailored and client specific management accounts and filing personal tax returns and corporation tax returns.
- Oversight of bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and statutory accounts where applicable.
- Active management and support of outsourced accountancy function and internal junior accountants.
- Take responsibility for WIP control and billing.
- Preparing and assisting in preparation of R&D calculations and narratives.
- Take responsibility for health of client relationships within the firm including billing and fee discussions.
- Developing staff, their capabilities and performance to enable them to fulfil their potential.
As a Client Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- 1-2 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
- Able to manage client expectations and project manage matters when needed.
