Responsibilities
As a Tax Director, you will
- Provide strategic tax advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses, high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
- Oversee the delivery of private client tax compliance, ensuring work is completed to the highest technical standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop members of the tax team through coaching, technical support and performance management.
- Review complex tax work and provide guidance across a broad range of personal and business tax matters.
- Support Partners on advisory projects including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
- Deliver internal tax training and share technical knowledge across the wider business.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and the firm's overall tax offering.
