Responsibilities
- Deliver complex tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of non-listed financial services businesses and fintechs.
- Manage the personal tax affairs, business holdings, and investment structures of high-profile and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Advise on a broad spectrum of UK and international tax matters, including Corporation Tax, CGT, IHT, and Income Tax.
- Act as a key point of contact for long-term accounts, fostering trusted advisor relationships with owners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with specialists across the global network and external third parties, including legal teams and wealth managers.
- Liaise directly with HM Revenue & Customs regarding complex technical queries and tax filings.
As a Private Capital Tax Senior Associate you will:
- Take ownership of complex tax projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for a premium client base.
- Harness advanced data and AI-enabled technology to solve pressing tax issues for your clients.
- Develop a deep technical specialisation in asset management, fintech, or private wealth structures.
